Job Description:

A rapidly growing national healthcare company, offering inpatient management solutions, is looking for a Senior Developer. This position will be involved in managing all aspects of the software development process.Job Specifications:

• Work as part of client's internal Application Development team
• Work with business users to define and augment functional specifications
• Coordinate with all users to ensure development efforts provide business value
• Provide input to the design of IT systems
• Create timely project status reporting for our customers
• Develop reports and other BI applications
• Assist in the support and extension of our client's SharePoint environment

The skills, experience, and education required for this position include the following: Technical Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5-7 years of experience developing Enterprise class applications

Expertise with the following:

• Development of Web Based applications with VB.Net
• Current Microsoft Technologies and Development Platforms, including Team Systems
• SQL Server 2005, 2008 (Database, TSQL and SSIS)
• Development of Microsoft SharePoint Webparts
• AJAX and JavaScript

Non Technical Qualifications:

• Strong knowledge of software development life cycle
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Must be sharp
• Strong documentation skills
• 4 Year college degree in Computer Science, MIS, or CIS
• Healthcare and General Hospital Operations knowledge is preferred
