DATA MANAGEMENT ASSOCIATE – FULL-TIME

Chestnut Health Systems is a leading provider of behavioral health care services. Over the course of 35 years, Chestnut has grown to over 700 committed, compassionate employees providing care at multiple substance abuse and mental health treatment centers in Central and Southern Illinois. Chestnut also conducts research and training throughout the U.S., as well as provides employee assistance programs internationally.

Lighthouse Institute, a division of Chestnut Health Systems, Inc., was established in 1986 and serves health and human service organizations through offices in Chicago, Bloomington and Maryville, Illinois. Lighthouse Institute staff have backgrounds and expertise in Addictions, Business, Education, Management Information Systems, Psychology, Public Health, Rehabilitation, Research Methods, Statistics, and Social Work and conducts applied research, program evaluation, training, consultation, and management services. Lighthouse Institute also publishes books, monographs, curricula, and manuals on various issues of behavioral health, education, and program management.

Qualifications include:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Requires 1-2 or more years experience with Excel and SPSS or other statistical analysis software.
• Strong organizational and communication skills are also necessary.

Duties include:

• Multi-site data management.
• Data processing and cleaning.
• Customer service/support.
• Report generation and possible training.
