Inside Sales/Client Services Representative

ShoreTel is currently looking to fill a Inside Sales/Client Services Representative position in their Austin , Texas location.  This person will be a highly motivated individual, passionate about evangelizing emerging technology, and will be responsible for driving revenue and bookings within an assigned territory. 
This individual will be quota bearing, and will be responsible for maintaining, growing and acquiring revenue from the Installed Base.  The Client Services Manager Position will be responsible for achieving a combination of monthly quotas based on a combination of revenue from the sales of additional products and services as well as support renewals.  Your focus on Customer Satisfaction, and associated metrics, will be key to your success as well.
  
Role Description:
  • Drive revenue within territory of assigned accounts
  • Work with Marketing to proactively follow-up on specific campaigns
  • Develop great rapport with ShoreTel resellers, Area Sales Manager (ASM), and other ShoreTel employees
  • Generate leads for ASM follow up
  • Educate the partners and customers in your territory on ShoreTel’s support programs
  • Work closely in partnership with your sales representatives to answer support related questions, as well as to drive increased sales of the support agreements.
  • Work with partners and Customers to resolve outstanding issues, and answer inquiries in a timely manner
  • Ability to communicate and educate prospects
  • Develop great rapport with assigned prospects
  • Exceptional customer service skills – focused on exceeding customers expectations
  • Exceptional follow-through activity required for all interactions
  • Become proficient with the ShoreTel products and services
  • Engage in process improvements and optimization of existing processes

Requirements:

  • 2-5 years experience within software or high-tech sales
  • Strong work ethic – self starter- motivated
  • Ability to quickly learn technology concepts and terminologies
  • Excellent phone presence, high degree of professional acumen
  • Strong communication skills, excellent listening skills
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills and ability to quickly learn new applications
