These duties might include the inspection, modification, and demilitarization of various munitions. You will also learn the maintenance of nuclear weapons, as well as the handling, testing, and maintenance of missiles and rockets. The skills you learn as an Ammunition Specialist will help prepare you for a civilian career with government agencies and private industries performing ordnance research and development.
