Job Title: Director of Information Technology

Reports to: CFO

Position Summary: Manage day to day activities of the IT department; assess and develop staff; recommend technology options for improving business agility and reducing costs.

Essential Job Functions:

• Manage and support staff
• Develop staff
• Gather business requirements, prepare documentation, test programs
• User support
• New technology assessment
• Budget management; requisition review and approval
• Other duties assigned by manangement from time to time

Minimum Job Requirements:

Education - BS Computer Science

• 3 years IT Manangement
• Effective communication with technical and non-technical users, vendor and customers
• Business requirements gathering
• Business solutions conceptualization
• Program design and development
• Budget preparation and manangment
• Technical writing

Specialized Knowlege, Licenses, etc.:

MS Office Suite of products, Red Hat Linuz, Novell Netware, HTML, MS Windows Server, SQL
