Experience Works, Inc., the nation's leader in providing opportunities for low income older workers to enter or
reenter the workforce, seeks an experienced professional to lead its Michigan state program. Responsibilities
include promoting and implementing Experience Works programs -- building and maintaining an exceptional team of staff who provide superior services and results, while complying with grant requirement. The Director also
proactively builds alliances, increases organizational visibility and creates opportunities and relationships to
expand services and programs

Qualified candidates will have ten plus years of proven
collaborative leadership and management experience, with a record of successful results. Experience with
mission driven organizations, especially those involving older people is preferred. A person with a vision and
passion for Experience Works' mission and who has
successfully moved other organizations forward is ideal. Effective verbal and written communication, outreach and presentation skills, and high standards of professional and personal conduct are essential. Computer skills required. College degree preferred. Bilingual is a plus. Willingness to locate to the Mt. Pleasant/Isabella County MI area.
