~ Bookkeeping Position

Must have at least 2 years of on the job bookkeeping experience. This is a temporary position lasting 60 to 90 days and it will be a dayshift 40 hour a week position. Must be organized, able to multi-task and get along well with others. This is a non-smoking environment. The pay is $9.00 an hour and the hours are 8:00-5:00.

~ Receptionist

Must have experience in a professional office like setting that is fast paced & busy! This position will be answering phones, scheduling appointments, directing clients, and entering information in to the computer. This is an ongoing assignment that needs a very trustworthy person that can get along with everyone. Attendance is VERY important!!! The pay is $8-$9 and will be 35-40 hours a week all day shift!

~ SALES MANAGER

We need to impress a new customer! They are looking for a high end Sales Manager that has years of prior experience with a huge company and multi million dollar deals! This candidate must have experience managing a large sales team, must be able to deal with the seller & the buyer, will be in charge of all aspects of the sales department, which includes but is not limited to .. Marketing, Scheduling, Sales, Buying, Team Goals, Budget and much much more. Pay will be based upon experience and interview! But will start @ or around $90K-$100K.

~ Data Entry Clerk

Need experienced data entry clerks to input data for a temporary on-going assignment. Must be able to type 50-80 WPM, knowledgable in some medical terms, able to work alone or with others. This assignment will probably only last till February and will pay between $7.50-$8.50 an hour. Approximatly 25-30 hours a week.

You will be asked to complete a data entry test and submit your resume before an interview will be granted.
