May perform one or more of the following:
Specific Job Duties
Participate, respond to questions, identifying tasks, provide task hours to RFP’s
Review and provide estimates on new projects or enhancements
Participate in the interview process with potential staff members
Directs and coordinates activities related to the design, development and implementation of software operating systems
Plans, conducts, and coordinates business programming applications activities
Establishes programming standards and program documentation requirements
Reviews current status of system applications and prepares recommendations for improvements
Manages the development and implementation of web applications
Manages the technical programming and database development related to the organization’s website
Provides functional direction to staff to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and customer satisfaction
Assist director, Operations, IT Manager, Maintenance Manager and Technical Project Managers
Support Business Analyst defining the business requirements and production support
Infrastructure support, if impacts on the application
Make recommendations on Process Improvement
Provide .NET support to development staff and manage .NET team
All other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
Experience leading a team
Previous ACS MCP3 experience
Experience developing .NET applications
Technical knowledge in Microsoft .NET web-based solutions and development using .NET Framework, ASP.NET, Visual Studio C#, SQL Server, Ajax, Team Foundation Server, Web Services, XML, WWF, WCF
Extensive knowledge of Software Life Cycle
Excellent communicator
Self –managed and able to work in a dynamic atmosphere
Strong understanding of project management and expected to manage projects
