Director, IT Application Delivery is responsible for managing and delivering on the financial applications portfolio. Leads a team of around 20-30 individuals, direct reports such as Project Manager's, and Business Analyst's, and is responsible for the work of about 60 individuals in total. Responsible for collaborating with business on project requests and building release plans and ultimately delivering on the commitments

Qualifications
· 12+ years of experience in IT
· 8+ yrs leadership experience (as a manager or above)
· 10+ years of project management/execution experience with timely delivery of complex projects with high quality and within budget
· 8+ years in IT project delivery
· 3+ years of Healthcare experience. Knowledge of Claim Systems is very desirable.
· Proven and dynamic leader - motivating and navigating the team through challenging customer demands (State Govt Agencies)
· Experience working with counter-parts in business and managing and exceeding expectations
· Strong execution - Ability to role up the sleeves if needed
· IT budget management experience
· PMI Certified a plus
