FOOD SERVICES KITCHEN

Job Description:

Performs a wide variety of tasks and operations to prepare cold foods and cooked foods for patients, employees, and others as directed, following standard practices and procedures and complying with regulatory requirements.

Job Requirements:

Must be able to follow oral and written directions. Requires simple use of formulas, charts and tables together with the use of adjustable measuring instruments and graduates. One to three years experience in food preparation.

High school education or equivalent.  Excellent communication and interpersonal skills required.  Ability to read, write and speak English required.  Ability to perform multiple tasks under time constraints and interruption required.  Requires basic knowledge of weights and measures and basic math functions.  Prior production/culinary experience strongly preferred.
