Responsible for driving sales performance of psychiatric product and offerings, as well as the suc-cessful execution of new product launches, and initiatives through implementation of local business strategies. Collaboration with cross functional team resources. Key objectives: • Build deep understanding of customers and key stakeholders in the psychiatric and schizophrenia markets including office and institutional-based physicians and other psychiatric centers of influ-ence. • Develop relationships, establish and maintain an active presence in the psychiatric community, associated organizations and key opinion leader development. • Launch new product, drive sales volume and growth across covering large territories and establish Novartis as a leader in the psychiatric community. • Identification of key stakeholders in both office and institutional based accounts to assess customer based needs.
Bachelors degree (preferably in Life Sciences, Pharmacy or Business related discipline).
Minimum two years of pharmaceutical specialty sales experience.
At least one year of pharmaceutical sales experience in the institutional sector, preferably with Psychiatrists.
Familiarity with the Psychiatric community is a plus.
This position may require significant travel due to the large geography that the incumbent will be responsible for.
Must work within 50 miles of the region’s border.
