SENIOR CONSULTANTS
Consultants at American Management are not report writers. We work shoulder-to-shoulder with the business owners to implement the profitability-enhancing programs that are identified during the Business Survey process. In order to establish the programs that will lead to increasing profitability for the client, Consultants draw on their full range of experience and success. You will develop specific and proven programs, which, when fully implemented result in increased profits and cash flow. Seasoned business professionals earn from $100,000 to $150,000+ per year. In addition to the opportunity to earn substantial income, you will enjoy health, dental and life insurance, 401K Plan and substantial training and support.

This position requires...
- Strong Financial and Operational background

- Turn-around experience is advantageous

- 100% travel, strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to take control of the client relationship
- Be professionally confrontational

Daily tasks can include...

- Bank Negotiation and Refinance

- Organizational restructuring

- Operational restructuring

- Cash Management

- Establishing strong management controls and processes

- Obtaining forbearance agreements

The ideal candidate has 20+ years of business experience as a business owner, Chief Financial Officer, or Senior Executive of a small or mid-size business.
