Maintenance Technician/Luxury Residential

Immediate opportunity for well-organized MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN with experience in residential property maintenance to join our Maintenance team in supporting our 225-unit luxury rental community, 201 Twenty One Apartments located in Norfolk, VA.

Requirements include, but are not limited to:

  • Minimum of 3-5 years of relevant experience in all phases of apartment maintenance and overall building trades, including plumbing and HVAC (chillers and boilers)
  • ability to successfully multi-task in busy, time-sensitive environment;
  • proven ability to provide excellent customer service to our residents;
  • excellent verbal communication skills and professional appearance as position interacts with residents and vendors;
  • HS degree or equivalent is mandatory;
  • Successful completion of both a background check and drug screening;
  • Must be available for emergency/on call situations; some weekends required.
