Bayada Nurses, Home Care Specialists, has an immediate opening for an entry level Client Services Associate in our new Hickory, NC Pediatric office. The Client Services Associate is an integral component of a high performance team with a mission: to provide a safe home life for our clients with comfort, independence and dignity. As a team, Bayada Nurses provides clients of all ages with a broad range of in-home services including high tech skilled nursing care, personal care, rehabilitation, therapies, homemaking and companionship. The Client Services Associate will provide administrative support in the areas of staffing, recruiting and personnel chart maintenance. Initial responsibilities will include answering telephone calls, data entry, assisting with staffing and recruiting functions, obtaining employment references, and other projects as needed. Specific emphasis is placed on providing the Associate with the opportunity to learn all aspects of office operations. Demonstrated success in this position will provide the opportunity to be considered for advancement to other managerial positions within the office. This position requires superb customer service skills, meticulous attention to detail, and the ability to work as the member of a team in a busy, high-energy environment.
The successful candidate must be goal oriented and demonstrate the desire to learn and grow with the office and the company. A Bachelor's degree is mandatory for this position. Previous experience in health care, customer service, social services, human resources or medical staffing is a plus.
