Team with others to fabricate, assemble, form, trim, cure, finish and inspect a wide variety of structural and non-structural fiberglass, acrylic and other composite and metal parts, tools and assemblies. Work from engineering requirements, documents, process specifications, quality control requirements, and established processes and procedures, to assure the timely delivery of quality porducts to the customer. Tasks performed will require continuous improvement of overall efficiencies such as, but not limited to, product conveyance and multi-tasking or multi-machine operation where applicable. Technician must be capable of consistently performing to established budgets, schedule and quality requirements as defined by the company.

Ability to work with engineering requirements, work orders, etc. to manufacture to quality requirements, parts and assemblies. Ability to move and/or obtain correct parts, materials, tools, assemblies, etc. Ability to use precision measuring instruments. Ability to use lay-up tools which include both optical and hard tools in the fabrication of composite and metal assemblies.

Qualified candidate with 3+ years of experience will need to successfully pass a skills demonstration.
