We are seeking a full-time Registered Nurse (RN) to oversee home care services to clients and supervise home health aides and nurses throughout our expanded service area. Responsibilities include: case management, client assessment, care plan development, supervision of client care services, clinical supervision, marketing, recruiting, continuing education of field staff, and coordination of services with referral sources, as well as other professionals.
