Integrate consumer insights and CRM into the account, creative and media practices



This direct advertising agency is looking for a CRM account/strategic planner who:

Understands best practice for in-life customer management from welcome to grow and retention to loyalty

Translates these best practices into marketing strategies, communication plans and CRM programs that can be measured and optimized

Helps a client understand industry standards and implement them into their business

Conducts primary and secondary market research including questionnaire design, qualitative and quantitative methods and use of third-party research

Conducts own analysis reports that would result in customer segmentations, competitive profiles, marketing strategies, communications plans, messaging strategies

Is adept at crafting and writing creative briefs

Finds key insights that will drive a marketing strategy or creative brief

Can brief a creative team and work with them throughout the creative process to get the best creative product that would meet a customer's needs and the brand requirements

Can create presentations and documentation for clients to sell through ideas

Explores new opportunities for clients and communicates recommendations
