Senior IT Architecture Analyst - Plymouth, MN
Position Description:
The Sr. IT Architecture Analyst is responsible for driving resolution of all technical details associated with Infrastructure Design and Construction, Application Deployment and Release Management for applications deployed in UnitedHealth Group's server farms. This is a dual role of ensuring architectural integrity and compliance, while at the same time working with Operations to continuously improve availability, serviceability and efficiency of our Managed Services infrastructure. Primary Responsibilities:- Define deployment architecture for application and infrastructure projects, working with multiple Service Delivery teams.
Primary Responsibilities:

Work with technical leads on Service Delivery teams to communicate technical designs and resolve implementation details for all network, server, storage and software components.

Work with technical leads on Service Delivery teams to update operational procedures and resolve all issues pertaining to operational readiness.

Ensure architectural integrity and compliance with Managed Services infrastructure standards.

Work with Operations to drive continuous improvement in availability, serviceability and efficiency.

Perform technical risk assessments and develop contingency plans to insure situational requirements of change control.

Recommend changes to resource utilization to improve efficiency.

Identify cost-effective opportunities for technology refresh.
Qualifications Qualifications:
- Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience.
