Our East campus is seeking a full-time LPN Shift Coordinator for our second shift (2:45-11:15 )in our Assisted Living (CBRF)facility. The Shift Coordinator provides service to the residents in compliance with appropriate codes, including emergency medical needs and coordinating physical and psychosocial needs of the resident with emphasis on promoting wellness and independence. Provides overall supervision of Resident Assistants. Provides back-up emergency service to other residents of Oakwood Village as needed/requested.

Candidates must have WI LPN license. Experience working with the geriatric population preferred. Leadership experience strongly preferred.
