Job Description

Position Profile
You will conduct evaluation, assessment, prognosis, treatment and education for patients and clients. Within this position, you will provide a continum of care according to respective licensure, registration and certification in adherence to Code of Ethics, Federal/State regulations, and Care Center policies and procedures. As a team member, you will play an important role by collaborating with others and contributing toward our mission and values.

Basic Qualifications (required)
Current California State Occupational Therapist Licensure.

Minimum Qualifications (required)
Must have Acute Care experience.

BLS for health care provider through American Heart Association required upon hire.

Preferred Qualifications
Trauma experience preferable. Must have variety of problem solving skills. Excellent communications skills with internal and external customers.
