Customer Service Representative Associate - Pittsburgh, PA
Position Description:
Positions in this function are responsible for providing expertise and customer service support to members, customers, and/or providers. Direct phone-based customer interaction to answer and resolve a wide variety of inquiries.

Qualifications
Qualifications:
- High school or equivalent experience required
- 6 - 18 months prior phone customer service experience within a call center required
- 1+ year Microsoft office (Word and Excel, Outlook, basic computer skills) required
- Typing skills 35-40 wpm is required
- Knowledge of public sector health programs is preferred: Medicaid or Medicare
- Knowledge of medical terms and medical coding is a plus
- Spanish Bilingual is helpful
- Experience with state or regulatory computer application is preferred
