Account Manager

We currently have an opening for a Email Marketing Coordinator/ Account Manager in our El Segundo, CA.

We are looking for energetic people for an entry level position who are good with computers and have keen attention to detail.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:

  • Setting up, testing, and deploying our clients' email marketing campaigns using our proprietary, web-based application.
  • Managing our clients' subscriber databases, including creating and updating their lists and segmenting data for targeted email campaigns.
  • Accountability for resolving client production issues, proposing solutions and escalating to the appropriate person to the point of resolution.
  • Ownership of special projects.
  • Interacting with clients on production support issues.
  • Assist in training clients on the functionality of our web-based application.
  • Assist in helping clients interpret the results of their email campaigns.
  • Assist our clients to build and improve their email marketing strategies.

Requirements for the position:

  • Basic to Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Excel for managing data.
  • Basic to Intermediate proficiency with HTML. Experience with SQL a plus.
  • Aptitude to understand databases and related technologies.
  • Excellent organizational and prioritization skills.
  • Exceptional work ethic, ability to perform under pressure and meet deadlines, and demonstrates enthusiasm towards colleagues and clients.
  • Ability to build effective working relationships with others inside and outside the organization.
  • Keen attention to detail.
  • Experience in the email marketing industry is a plus.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills.
  • Bachelor's Degree.
