Registered Nurse: Medical Facilities of America

Harrisonburg Healthcare Center is seeking RN's to supervise and direct the day-to-day activities performed by the nursing staff on the unit in accordance with state, federal, and MFA corporate guidelines. Performs direct patient care through assessment, intervention, and re-evaluation of resident outcomes; and updates resident care plan as appropriate. Provides necessary documentation.

Job Details:
