Environmental Engineer



Our client, an International Manufacturing Company, seeks an Environmental Engineer to focus on factory projects, upgrades, and modifications. A prime initiative is to coordinate with other departments in analyzing problem areas for improvements in the environmental goals.
Positon is located in Southern Iowa.
Responsibilities include:
  • Environmental Project planning, coordination, and implementation to achieve and maintain goals.
  • Responsible for ISO 14001Certified EMS, pollution prevention, & community involvement.
  • Responsible for compliance with federal, state, & local environemtnal regulations.
  • Identify, Develop, and Conduct environmental training.
  • Documentation and justification for Environmental Capital Projects.
  • Prepare presentations and reports to detail the project status.
  • Track and administer waste programs.

Requirements include:

  • BS engineering degree
  • 2-3 years manufacturing & environmental experience
