UnitedHealth Group has submitted a proposal in response to the TriCare Managed Care Support Contract Solicitation (also known as the "T-3 Solicitation"). TriCare is the health care program serving active duty service members, National Guard and Reserve members, retirees, their families, survivors and certain former spouses.
Position Description:
Positions in this function are responsible for all activities associated with credentialing or re-credentialing physicians and providers including processing provider applications and re-applications including initial mailing, review, and loading into the database tracking system ensuring high quality standards are maintained. Conducts audits and provides feedback to reduce errors and improve processes and performance. Responsible for the development of credentialing policies and procedures. May oversee primary source verification activities.

Qualifications:
- Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
- 2 years - Credentialing experience
- Visio experience, preferred
- Knowledge of the NCQA (National Community for Quality Assurance) and state regulations, preferred
- Associates Degree, preferred
- Facets experience a plus
- Able to multi task
- Ability to prioritize and manage demanding workload
