Position Summary:
Provides and directs Occupational Therapy services to patients including assessment, treatment, program planning and implementation, related documentation and communication. Functions under physicians’ orders. Adheres to applicable principles and practices of physical therapy, Innovative Senior Care policies and procedures and state regulations.
Supervises Occupational Therapy Assistants and Aides.
Recommended Minimum Position Qualifications:
1. Bachelor of Science or Masters in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
2. Successful completion of the NBTOC Therapy Exam
License to practice Occupational therapy within the state
