The Customer Service candidate will answer inbound calls from business customers. The candidate will assist with billing questions, rates , submittal of customer orders for processing.

The candidate will be solving customer business needs, issues..order implementation..revenue realization. Loss in customer revenue and dissatisfaction if call volume and headcount isn't maintained to support needs of the call center.
