Registered Nurse (RN) - Full Time and PRN Positions

Hope services are available in Lee, Hendry, Glades, Collier, Charlotte, Highlands, Hardee and Polk counties in Florida .

Hope HealthCare Services is a patient and family support service that keeps the patient comfortable, teaches the family to provide care, and offers emotional, spiritual support.

Registered Nurse (RN): Patient Homes, Facilities, Extended Hours & Admissions - Full Time and PRN (as needed positions)

· Ability to perform a patient assessment and document assessment appropriately.

· Provides an accurate assessment to the physician and/or pharmacists orders for treatment

· Ability to asses interdisciplinary needs of patient and family/caregivers and document needs

· Ability to develop, initiate, implement and evaluate a comprehensive plan of care for achievement of patient, family, caregiver goals and for regulatory compliance

· Ability to maintain an effective nurse-patient/family relationship

· Clearly document all patient/family contacts to include assessment, observations, interventions, evaluations and outcomes on nursing documents

· Provides exceptional customer service to patients and families

Registered Nurse (RN) Full Time and PRN Positions available throughout Highlands and Hardee Counties, FL including Sebring & Polk County, FL including Lakeland .

Registered Nurse (RN) - Full Time and PRN Positions

Must be currently licensed in the state of Florida as a Registered Nurse
A minimum of one year of hospital experience required, additional home health or hospice experience is preferred. Must possess a valid Florida Drivers' License, valid auto insurance, and reliable transportation. Computer skills and experience required – Must work 2 weekend days per month. Days-Monday-Sunday with some early evenings and weekends.
