Leads the writing of and updates to process documentation in conjunction with the Business Process Owner (BPO)Sub Process Owner (SPO) process teams. Leads others in deploying and improving processes, including consulting to process teams and to barrier removal teams. Develops the most complex metric collection plans and executing those plans. Manages the process metric goals in partnership with the project lead, business segment head, and QP Manager. Drives process measurement initiatives, including scorecards and other metrics, which can also be used to drive process improvements. Shares best practices across the project team and/or the business segment. Successfully defines work flows, jobs, and reporting relationships to obtain optimum effectiveness. Area of responsibility has moderate strategic impact. Develops and manages departmental budgets and business plans for a large department or business unit or division. Has substantial latitude to develop policies and programs for area of responsibility or products and to forecast their impact; Analyzes effectiveness of policies or products and establishes future direction for functional policies and programs or products that affect company as a whole; Aligns policies or products and development efforts with company strategies. Identifies resource needs with significant influence on approval of identified needs. Troubleshoots and resolves most complex problems within multi-departments and cross-functional areas. Determines organizational structures and supervisory relationship. Responsible for overall success of function or project within multi-departments and cross-functional areas. Typically Bachelor's Degree or advanced degree. Demonstrates and applies advanced knowledge of concepts, practices, and procedures for area managed and good knowledge of other areas in the company and how they interact. Demonstrates full understanding and application of management approaches for work direction, motivation, and performance management. Typically 10+ years of successful experience in a directly related field and successful demonstration of Key Responsibilities and Knowledge as presented above. Typically manages multiple exempt-level employees and/or other managers. Within function, domestic (possibly world wide) inter-organizational and external contacts. |

Education:
BS/BA in related discipline, or advanced degree, where required, or equivalent combination of education and experience. Certification may be required in some areas.
