COMPUTER SCIENTIST: Immediate opening – great opportunity for a new grad with computer science/information technology/software engineering degree.

A computer scientist with knowledge of algorithm development and design, software engineering, information theory, database theory, computational complexity theory, human-computer interaction, computer programming, programming language theory, computer graphics, and computer vision. Ideal candidates should also be familiar with software development, web development and database programming. You may be required to work in teams with technical analysts and other specialists. Required Skills: IAT1 & MCSA Certifications, a) IAT Level 1: Required prior to being authorized in any unsupervised privileged access. Personnel performing these functions, regardless of their occupational title shall be identified as part of the IA workforce and must have the following requirements: A+, Network + and SSCP. b) MCSA (Microsoft Certified Systems Administrator): This certifies a person’s ability to implement, manage and maintain the typically complex computing environment in medium-to-large companies. Education: BS in computer science/information technology/software engineering (or equivalent) required. Applicants should have sufficient knowledge of statistics and mathematics to understand the fundamental concepts and techniques of computer science.
