We do sales and marketing for Fortune 500 clients. For that reason we strive to create a fun atmosphere that is still conducive to learning. This job involves business to consumer in person sales to customers. We represent top-notch clients in the Telecom, Fiber Optics and Office Supply industry and focus on bringing in new, quality accounts for them.

Our approach is very unique in its implementation. We believe in the grass roots approach of meeting face-to-face with our customers, rather than conducting business over the phone and never getting to put a face with the name. For that reason, we train people to hone their presentation, public speaking, and relationship building skills in the first phase of our management-training program.

Every business thrives on sales, whether they are selling services, products, or ideas. We believe most importantly in selling solutions to consumers. Entry level consists of presenting consumers with solutions for their daily needs. Once people have mastered their communication skills, we train them more on how to train, interview, and supervise other account representatives to prep them to take on more of a leadership role and develop their own management style. We then transition our prepared account representatives into a management role. Pay based upon performance.
