As a partner of Home Depot and TXU Energy, Efficient Attic Systems provides all customers with a top-level customer service experience, which starts with the Customer Service Representative! The CSR's primary responsibility is to assist potential customers with scheduling in-home estimates. Once the customer has made the decision to purchase, the CSR is responsible to support the customer in selecting products and services, then schedule the installation appointment. EAS is seeking outstanding Customer Service Representatives for our Dallas Call Center. EAS provides outstanding service throughout Texas. The CSR position includes the following duties:
  • Receive incoming customer calls to schedule in-home estimates and assist in product, service and promotional inquiries.
  • Performs outbound customer calls to develop sales leads.
  • Provide pre-qualification quotes to potential customers.
  • Data entry involving initiating and maintaining customer accounts.

Shifts are determined by performance after initial orientation period. We value and reward excellent performance. Only serious applicants need apply!

The qualified candidate will have:

  • High school diploma or equivalent (some college preferred)
  • Strong sense of customer service.
  • Excellent PC skills (MS Office, Outlook, etc).
  • Background experience in a customer service/call center environment.
  • Excellent spelling, punctuation, writing and grammar.
  • Good organizational skills.
  • Reliable transportation and excellent work ethic, demonstrated by consistent and timely attendance at work.
  • Abiility to multi-task, follow detailed instructions, and work in a team environment.
  • Detail oriented, with an enthusiastic attitude.
  • Flexibility to work in a fast-paced environment - able to deal with frequent change, delays and unexpected events.
  • Must be able to work weekends (Saturday and/or Sunday).
