JOB DESCRIPTION:
 LOCATION WILL BE IN WINSTON SALEM NC

Graduate of an accredited program. Licensed in the state of NC as Physical Therapist.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
Medium Work - Lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, or otherwise moving objects, including the human body, weighing 21 to 50 pounds occasionally, and/or 11 to 20 pounds frequently, and/or greater than negligible up to 10 pounds constantly. Physical Demand requirements are in excess of those for Light Work. Internal Posting Date; 11/11/009-11/16/09

WORK SCHEDULE:
 PRN; 1st shift weekends, week days as needed
