Social Services Coordinator

About the Job Social Services Coordinator
Golden LivingCenter--Whitewater is a 55-bed facility and is seeking a full-time Social Worker to join our progressive management team.
This position requires a BSW, excellent communication skills, experience with MDS documentation, care plans, and discharge planning. Current Minnesota licensure required.

Licensed SW required--new grads encouraged to apply
Desire to work with seniors required
