Security Officers & Patrol Officers Needed: Smith Protective Services

We are currently hiring for full time and part time positions for both armed and unarmed security officers:

Unarmed schedules are primarily afternoon and graveyard including the weekend. Pay varies by site. Current schedules have starting pay rates of up to 9.00 an hr.

Armed positions we have available are day, afternoon and graveyard, some schedules include the weekend. Starting pay rates up to 10.00 an hr.

Armed and Unarmed Security officer qualifications:

*Must be 18 yrs old or older

*Must have a high school Diploma or GED

*No criminal convictions such as but not limited to: Felonies, Class A misdemeanors or Class B Misdemeanors-(within the last 5yrs)

*Authorized to work in the United States

*Must have a positive attitude & a willingness to learn what is expected at their site.

*Must be polite and carry them selves in a professional respective manner.

*Must pass pre-employment drug tests and/or random drug tests.

*Armed security officers must have a valid current Commission Card issued by the TXDPS.
