Outreach Worker

The Keene School District is looking for a highly
qualified and highly motivated individual to work
with the families of our McKinney-Vento eligible
students. The successful candidate will advocate for
students and their families with schools and community
organizations. The outreach worker will help
acquaint parents with their rights and the services
available to their family under the McKinney-Vento
act, as well as helping families find stable housing.

A Bachelors Degree in Human Services, Social
Work or a related fi eld is strongly preferred, as is
related experience with the target population and
a solid understanding of the challenges they face.
Excellent interpersonal and written and verbal communication
skills are a must.
