Mechanic Mount Ida College seeks qualified candidates for the following positions: Grounds Foreman
Assist in College grounds maintenance and care administration, directing grounds maintenance workers, and monitoring contractors and vendors work. Requires high school or trade school diploma and 3-5 yrs. experience. Certification/pesticide license strongly preferred.
HVAC Technician/Maintenance Mechanic
Operate, repair, and maintain the Colleges heating, ventilation, and
conditioning systems and equipment. Assist in other mechanical maintenance as needed. Requires a high school or trade school diploma; 3-5 yrs. experience; and HVAC trade certification/licenses.
These positions are members of the bargaining unit. Candidates must be flexible, able to be on-call and to work evenings, weekends or holidays as necessary. Valid drivers license and safe driving record are required.
