Senior Mobile Application Developer
Our company currently has an immediate need for a Senior Mobile Application Developer that has the capacity to assume responsibility of revolutionizing our already successful BlackBerry application and taking it to the next level. Our perfect candidate will have a past in the development of mobile applications, while using both a BlackBerry platform and keen use of UI design. The next person to fill this position will have the great opportunity to offer one of the most useful applications to millions of users.
Responsibilities:
-Develop & design Windows Mobile, Android, Symbian, and BlackBerry features & applications
-Become involved with all of the many stages of development with applications (UI Design all the way to Final Testing)
-Work alongside fellow developers to employ server services & APIs that will support designed mobile functionality
-Write highly-readable & performance minded code that uses OO best practices on a consistent basis
-Serve as a leader in the creation of BlackBerry applications into Android
Requirements:
-Expert in the development of applications for mobile consumer software that is created on a BlackBerry platform
-BSCS and at least five years of system development & software application experience
-Proven ability in productivity of application, design, debugging, architecture, & coding
-Skilled in Java/J2EE
-Experience with UI design on a mobile platform
-Able to examine technical requirements & create structured architectures
-Expert in XML, Ajax, & Web 2.0 application tools, technologies, & frameworks
-Ability to succeed in an environment with a small team and be a self-starter
-Passionate about mobile technologies
