-1-3 years of retail management experience

-Excellent ability to train, recruit and motivate staff

-Assist Store Manager in creating and promoting a friendly, professional environment

-Strong interpersonal skills

-Must be able to organize & prioritize work

Visual Merchandisers

-2 + years of Visual Merchandising experience in a retail setting

-Knowledge of colors, patterns and mannequin styling

-Able to forecast trends

-Knowledge of floor-sets and plano-gams
