GENERAL SUMMARY
Incumbent uses advanced systems skills and understanding of sales tools to interface with field Sales Reps and Managers to coordinate accurate data for forecast reporting.
Collects, analyzes and interprets a wide variety of Area sales data and develops weekly and monthly forecast reports in preparation for business and sales review meetings.
Performs necessary analysis and financial summaries pertaining to all bonus payments.
Incumbent is responsible for distribution of Compensation Plans and generation of Goal Acknowledgement Forms for existing and new hire sales employees.
Works with Human Resources and Legal departments in providing documentation and revenue attainments to evaluate sales participant's employment status or dispute any legal claims.

PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Reviews and conducts research on all commissions discrepancies received from Commissions Accounting.
Work with Divisional Business Manager on approvals if necessary.
Approves MARS reqs, offers and EPDs within assigned territory.
Performs weekly reconciliation of booking and revenue; determines revenue position.
Calculates sales bonus and commission figures as needed
Develops and reviews monthly unit forecast report.
Generate won/lost/deferred booking and revenue forecast report. Develops final reconciliation.
