Senior .Net Programmer Analyst

Requirements:

  • 5+ years overall experience in developing web and windows applications in either VB.Net or C# (preferably both), using object-oriented design. Most recent experience should be in .Net 3.5/Visual Studio 2008.
  • 5+ years overall experience in database development and maintenance, including stored procedures, backup procedures, normalization.. Most recent experience should be with SQL 2005.
  • Strong knowledge of software development methodologies, configuration management, build process and deployment planning.
  • Must be a pro-active self-starter who can plan, develop and deploy projects from start to finish.
  • Must have excellent written and oral communication skills and be comfortable working with end-users.
  • Must be knowledgeable and stay current with emerging technologies while being able to weigh adoption against business risks.
  • Must be a team player who will follow established rules and procedures yet able to take on a leadership role when needed.
  • BS Degree or equivalent experience.

Helpful skills:

  • PHP and/or VB6 experience
  • Windows Services, Web Services
  • Call Center/Telephony experience a plus
  • Knowledge and experience with LINQ and AJAX a plus
  • Knowledge and experience of RedGate tools a plus
  • Use of common table expressions a plus
