Member Service Supervisor

We are currently seeking an enthusiastic, goal-oriented individual for our Member Service Supervisor position. This individual will be responsible for supervision of the teller area and general branch operations; this position ensures friendly and efficient transaction service to our membership as well as operational compliance. The Member Service Supervisor performs training, coaching and mentoring functions for Member Service Representatives ensuring that employees are well trained in both technical and service competencies.

Qualifications Include:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelors’ degree in business related field desired
  • 4 years experience in a financial institution with progressive responsibilities; with 1 year commercial account experience or more desired
  • 2 years new accounts and lending experience with underwriting authority desired
  • Must have strong application knowledge of regulations governing teller activities and deposit products applying the knowledge in our environment. Regulations required include, but are not limited to; BSA, CC, DD, D, E, and UCC 3 & 4 pertaining to negotiable items (continuing education required)
  • Proficiency with Word and Excel required as well as strong understanding of technology applications in a financial institution
  • Typing experience required - must be able to type/keyboard by touch
