JOB DESCRIPTION:

Assist in the training and development of all employees within the store. Assist the Manager in ensuring good employee relations and generating a high level of morale and enthusiasm throughout the store. Ensure customers receive the best possible service at all times. Be an example to every employee showing professionalism when dealing with customers. Maintain adequate precautions for security of premises, stock, employees, and customers. Maintain high standards of stock care and cleanliness following the daily cleaning check list. Ensure markdowns are completed accurately, hang tagged, and merchandise is regrouped in sale areas. Assist Manager with payroll and budgeted hours. Maintain high standards of store housekeeping. Maintain high standards and efficient running of the store during the Manager's absence.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• One year management experience
• Available weekends and evenings
