RF Test Tech
Job Description:
Test & tune RF assemblies from component to top assembly.
• Assist the Parts Screening lab conduct a variety of environmental testing.
•Cross train with organizations within Repeater Subsystems Operations & Bus Subsystems Operations
•Conduct electrical tests & analysis using engineering and scientific measuring equipment. Keep detailed records of tests & test data
•Assist in developing test plans & prepare instructions for proper performance of engineering tests
•Maintain standard test equipment
•Prepare test results for engineering review
•Use comp0uter based software for testing of flight hardware
•Complete & maintain training necessary to work on flight hardware
•Perform required tests in compliance with Company quality & engineering standards
•Report to Section Manager any non-conformance, variation, or damage to flight hardware.
Requires:
•3 years related experience plus 2 years Technical Training. AS preferred and familiarity with automated test stations. Ability to set-up test equipment for a variety of manual RF tests
