Stevens Treatment Programs seeks a Head Cook for its Food Service Department. Under the supervision of the Chef Manager, the Head Cook is responsible for daily kitchen operations in a residential school setting, including the service, storage, and preparation of meals that conform to state guidelines, chairing staff meetings, and is in charge and on call when the Chef Manager is absent.
Qualifications: High School Diploma, Certificate in Food Service Management or Culinary Arts, a minimum of three years experience as a Cook in an institutional or commercial setting, and demonstrated ability to work cooperatively with other food service professionals.
Starting pay $12.00 to $14.00 per hour, with an excellent benefit package, including 85% paid health\dental plan, tuition reimbursement, 401(k) with employer match, and paid leave.
