A CSR's (Customer Service Representative) primary responsibility as a teller is to process transactions accurately and efficiently in accordance with established policies and procedures while consistently seeking to impress our customers by demonstrating Cal National's integrity and spirit. As a CSR you will identify customer needs, explain, promote and sell various products and services in a way that builds customer loyalty through courtesy, knowledge and friendliness. The ideal candidate will be available to work 30 hours. Final schedule is flexible based on candidate availabitly and branch need. Frequent Saturday's required. Reliable and punctual attendance is critical. Requirements: A high school diploma or GED and a minimum of six months cash handling and customer service experience with an emphasis on sales; must be able to provide information in writing or verbally; 10-key adding machine or keyboard skills; ability to be on time every day. Desired Skills: Previous cross sell, up-sell and/or referral experience as well as the ability to identify clients' financial goals and objectives; previous banking/financial services and/teller experience. To be eligible for employment with California National Bank you must be able to establish proof of eligibility to work in the United States, successfully pass a background screening and must be at least 18 years of age. Successful candidate will also be required to obtain a passing score on TellerVision assessment.
