You will also be responsible for managing other staff while working alongside senior-level executives. Title: Manager, Business and Marketing Strategy

Company: A Major Global Pharmaceutical Leader with multiple commercialized Rx Drugs in multiple therapeutic areas, and a very strong pipeline of drugs in both pre-clinical and clinical development stages.

Location: Clifton , NJ area.

Compensation: Salary compensation will vary depending on the quality and depth of the hired candidate’s experience and could go into the $140k range. Responsibilities:

• DTC measurement and standardization, including experiment design, defining key success metrics and ROI analyses.
• Study designs to provide guidance to marketing and sales initiatives.
• CRM analytics in support of interactive and other direct marketing efforts.
• Promotion response measurement for selected tactics on key brands.
• Field analytics and performance measurement.
• Physician overlap / Call capacity modeling, targeting.
• Portfolio analytics & optimization.
• Sales Force size & structure analysis.
• Design of key Market Analytics metrics Supervise direct-reports.

Requirements:

• PhD/MBA is preferred, but not required.
• Minimum of three years pharmaceutical or health care experience.
• 4+ years of market/business analytics experience.
• Demonstrated skills in analytical assessment and project management.
• Deep understanding of pharmaceutical datasets and analytics
• Must be able to manage multiple priorities in a cross-functional team environment.
