General Summary: The Unit Clerk/CNA 2 assists the lead/staff nurse, nursing supervisor and unit manager in planning, implementing and evaluating the activities in the nursing department. Functions as a member of the nursing team by observing cardiac telemetry monitor and reporting cardiac arrhythmias to the registered nurse. Prepares, compiles and maintains patient records.
Required: High school graduate or equivalent and current CNA 2 license. Must have BLS upon hire. Telemetry Certification or equivalent completed within 6 mos. of hire.
