Responsible for the coordination of the budget, new program, cost reduction initiatives, financial reporting and management and capital budget processes.

Bachelor of Science degree with concentration in accounting, finance or related business discipline. Masters degree in Business Administration and or CPA desirable. Eight (8) years accounting budgeting experience required, including supervisory/management experience. Must possess knowledge of Healthcare delivery systems, financial planning and forecasts of Healthcare operations, generally accepted accounting principles, budget variance reporting, and cost accounting principles. Advanced knowledge of microbased electronic spreadsheets and database management systems. Strong interpersonal skills necessary to communicate and interact with all levels of management.
