About the Job POSITION: Sales & Marketing Director (SMD) LOCATION: Western / Northwest Minnesota Area Golden LivingCenters of Western & Northwest Minnesota is looking for an energetic, enthusiastic and committed individual to serve as our Sales & Marketing Director. The Sales & Marketing Director will be responsible for sales growth of multiple skilled nursing facilities by obtaining new admissions and meeting proper pay mix goals through building and developing external business leads and relationships. You will promote facility products, services and outstanding clinical outcomes to recognize Golden Living as the industry leader in senior health care. Other job functions will include: Conducting community events, visiting residents in the hospital, conducting marketing meetings, and building relationships with referral sources of all target audiences. The successful candidate for this position should have business development experience in a long term care facility. Excellent human relations and communication skills with at least 2 years of experience in a long term care sales/marketing position a must. Bachelors Degree in Health Care/Business/Communications or related field preferred. This position requires extensive commitment.
